Greetings all, heads up that we'll be re-opening our custom queue for six new build slots. We'll be taking deposits for custom orders here on our site on Friday, June 27th at noon PST. Once those six slots are gone the custom queue will be closed indefinitely.
We’ll build any of these Koll models to your specs: Junior Glide, Super Cub, Troubadour, Tornado, Duo Glide, Superglide Almighty, or Ultra Glide. Standard six-string builds, righty or lefty, one build per customer. We are not making any RE models in this batch. And we don’t make Fender or Gibson clones, etc…
Custom options include your choice of woods, inlays, finish color and type, binding, bridge/trem, pickups, wiring and control configuration, neck carve, and tuners. All custom guitars will be hand built by Saul Koll. Build time is approximately 12-18 months depending on the complexity of your build.
The custom build deposit is $3,500. After you place your order we’ll reach out with a build sheet and discuss which custom options you’re interested in, and give you a total price. The balance is payable when the build is completed.
